The staff was fantastically friendly, the room was bright and compact. They made my stay wonderful. The hotel was close to the heart of the Colmar. Also, I was 5 minutes by walk from Old Town.

The bathroom was bright & the bedroom was comfortable. Gentle staff worked here and was willing to help. The food here was decent and the breakfast was inclusive. Restaurant in hotel was awesome and the pool area was well-maintained.

It was an extra special experience, great value for money. Beautiful old hotel, we had a huge room with a marvellous view. There were climate control, microwave and free Wi-Fi in the room, loved that.

We will be back, if traveling to Colmar. Very clean rooms, pleasant staff, great location - thoroughly enjoyed it! The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk.

Hotel was great and very clean. It is in the heart of the city. Besides, it's located in the old district. The courtyard was perfect for breakfast.

There was no parking lot.

We could have lunch in Restaurant la Soi set within 300 feet. Staff was FRIENDLY and we loved our stay. Of course, we strongly recommend it to all.
